2024.03.27

ENERES Co., Ltd.

ENERES Co., Ltd. has begun collaborating with e-dash Co., Ltd., which provides CO2 emissions visualization cloud services, with the aim of comprehensively supporting corporate decarbonization initiatives.

ENERES provides various solutions for companies promoting decarbonization, including renewable energy supply menus, offsite PPAs, and wheeling support. By partnering with the CO2 emissions visualization and reduction platform “e-dash” (https://e-dash.io/) operated by e-dash Co., Ltd., we can provide one-stop support for all processes necessary to achieve decarbonization goals: “(1) CO2 emissions visualization (2) Setting reduction targets and plans (3) Formulating implementation plans for reduction measures (4) Implementation and monitoring.”

Through this collaboration, we will further strengthen comprehensive support from visualization to reduction by combining the services and solutions of both ENERES and e-dash, aiming together to realize a decarbonized society.

To move toward decarbonization, it’s important first to accurately understand current CO2 emissions. The CO2 emissions visualization and reduction platform “e-dash” is the first CO2 emissions visualization service in Japan to receive third-party verification [1] from a major auditing firm for CO2 emissions calculation, enabling accurate CO2 emissions calculation in accordance with guidelines from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Ministry of the Environment. Additionally, a major feature is its ease of use, allowing automatic and simple calculation of CO2 emissions through business activities (Scope 1 and 2 [2]) just by uploading invoice data to the cloud. Furthermore, beyond visualizing CO2 emissions, support is available for setting reduction targets and addressing various disclosure requirements.
